Assistant Manager – BTL Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – BTL Marketing will lead on‑ground activation initiatives to generate qualified leads for the business. This role focuses on designing and executing events, partnerships, and community programs across corporate, educational, and societal segments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads through corporate sessions, PSU tie‑ups, school and college engagements, and society activation events.
• Organise health camps, financial awareness drives, and community engagement activities to strengthen local market presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align event objectives with lead targets and business outcomes.
• Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, institutions, and local associations to expand lead pipelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for event execution, branding setup, and post‑activity reporting.
• Track performance metrics, maintain lead data, and submit detailed activity reports with ROI analysis.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or lead‑generation roles.
• Preferable background in banking, mutual fund distribution, or financial brokerage firms.
• Good knowledge of local South Indian languages is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple on‑ground marketing activities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance, ROI, and lead quality.
