Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to drive our online business across major e‑commerce and quick‑commerce platforms. You will support marketplace operations, catalogue management, advertising, and sales performance analysis to grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy, including product listings, promotions, deals, and issue resolution.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene with accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay updated on advertising tools and growth strategies for each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for seamless business operations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, account health, and operational updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
