Assistant Human Resources Manager

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and help create memorable guest experiences by supporting the HR function. You will work closely with the Head of HR to align people strategies with the hotel’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the hotel’s strategic goals into actionable HR plans.
• Assist daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to boost team member morale.
• Maintain HR systems: enter employee data, track transitions, keep training and corrective‑action records, and generate HR metric reports.
• Supervise and coach HR team members, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
