Assistant Branch Manager – Agency Sales

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager – Agency Sales will support the Branch Manager in expanding Aditya Birla Health Insurance's presence across Dehradun and surrounding regions. The role focuses on driving agency sales, building relationships with channel partners, and tailoring health insurance solutions for SMEs and start‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets for health insurance products.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture agency partners and channel networks.
• Develop customized insurance solutions for SME and start‑up segments.
• Monitor renewal rates and work to improve customer retention.
• Collaborate with the wellness and chronic care programs to promote value‑added services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably health insurance.
• Understanding of the Indian health insurance market and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market opportunities.
