Asset Protection Officer – RFH

About the role

We are looking for an Asset Protection Officer to safeguard our property, personnel, material and information within an assigned zone. The role involves leading a team of company officers and outsourced staff under the supervision of the Zonal Security Head.

Key responsibilities

• Control access for men, material, information and vehicles, ensuring adequate manpower and proper verification of incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Monitor and record material transitions, conduct random checks using metal detectors, mirror trolleys and other security gadgets.
• Protect critical infrastructure and office assets, following established security processes and handling deviations.
• Maintain and audit security infrastructure, gadgets and automation systems, and propose improvements for access‑control systems.
• Develop internal and external security intelligence networks and deliver security awareness talks for employees and contract workers.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with NCC “C” certificate; knowledge of criminal, industrial relations and labour law is desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in a security function, preferably with RGSS exposure.
• Additional security‑related courses (VIP protection, ISPS, maritime security, road safety) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with security automation tools and access‑control systems.
• Operation of metal detectors, mirror trolleys and other security gadgets.
