Assembly Engineer – Asphalt Batch Mix Plants

About the role

Venus Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assembly Engineer to lead the mechanical assembly of Asphalt Batch Mix Plants at its Motap facility in Gujarat. The role involves hands‑on installation, alignment, and commissioning of heavy‑equipment modules for large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, alignment, and installation of Asphalt Batch Mix Plant components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, assembly standards, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and adjustments to meet performance criteria.
• Document assembly procedures and report progress to senior engineering staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly operations of Asphalt Batch Mix Plants or similar heavy‑equipment manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work with engineering drawings and adhere to assembly standards.
• Strong coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Motap plant.
