Asistente Contable – Outsourcing Inmobiliario

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our outsourcing services for the real‑estate sector. The position involves preparing and presenting financial statements, managing tax obligations, and coordinating documentation with client administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements and local reports.
• Analyze company accounts and generate monthly analytical reports.
• Register transactions in the designated ERP system.
• Coordinate with client administrative areas to collect required documentation.
• Support internal, external, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Determine and file monthly and annual tax obligations.
• Conduct physical searches for documentation during SUNAT inspections.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Accounting Management.

Required profile

• Graduated in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounting Assistant.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction, or accounting outsourcing environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, tax regulations, electronic withholdings, deductions, and account analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• ERP accounting systems.
• Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
