Asia Pacific Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Asia Pacific Senior Finance Analyst will join BCG's AP Regional Finance Team, supporting the AP FP&A Senior Manager in finance planning, analysis and reporting across the region. The role works closely with local office finance teams and senior regional stakeholders to provide insight‑driven decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse financial performance across AP offices, identifying business drivers behind results.
• Coordinate and consolidate SBU plans and forecasts, acting as a subject‑matter expert for local finance teams.
• Produce bi‑weekly revenue, monthly, backlog, non‑billable cost and PA reports, and deliver ad‑hoc analyses as required.
• Lead reporting automation initiatives and collaborate with the BI&A product team on dashboard development.
• Support preparation of regional chair presentations for EC, OC, WWOM and leadership meetings.
• Assist cross‑functional AP leadership teams with additional reporting and analytical tasks.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance analysis, planning and reporting, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams across multiple AP locations.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
