Article Assistant – Full-time, Onsite in Dehradun

About the role

Jain Ankit and Co, Chartered Accountants is seeking motivated Article Assistants to join its Dehradun office. This full‑time, onsite apprenticeship offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting, audit, and tax functions under seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits and assurance engagements.
• Support direct and indirect tax compliance, including Income Tax and GST filings.
• Prepare financial statements and contribute to corporate compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with senior staff on client projects across Dehradun and Gurugram offices.

Required profile

• Completed Group I or both groups of CA Intermediate (including Direct Entry candidates) or eligible for CS/CMA practical training under ICSI/ICMAI guidelines.
• Strong academic foundation in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of MS Word.
• Experience with Tally ERP/Prime.
