About the role
3M is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the Metro West region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of accounts and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through independent coverage of assigned accounts and territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and request assistance for complex situations requiring additional expertise.
- Uphold 3M’s safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards in all activities.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts over a sustained period.
- Strong ability to work independently with periodic supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to EHS policies.
