Area Sales Manager – Lucknow Region

About the role

RENÉE Cosmetics is seeking a results‑driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Lucknow and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for expanding the brand’s footprint, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and beauty advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Recruit, train and manage distributors, stockists and retailers.
• Plan and execute secondary and tertiary sales initiatives, promotions, schemes and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
• Visit the market regularly to maintain relationships with retailers and beauty advisors.
• Lead, motivate and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors team.
• Ensure product visibility and availability across modern and general trade channels.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cosmetics sales, with at least 2 years managing the Lucknow/Uttar Pradesh region.
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retailer networks in Lucknow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people‑management abilities.
