Area Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

3M is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the Pro Care business for the automotive aftermarket in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving growth across authorized dealerships and working closely with 3M‑authorized channel partners to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Pro Care business based out of Bangalore and drive growth across AOEM‑authorized dealerships.
• Work closely with 3M‑authorized channel partners to achieve primary sales targets and secondary sales through regular engagement and business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealership stakeholders such as Dealer Principals, Service Heads, Body Shop Managers, and Parts Managers.
• Identify new business opportunities, improve product penetration, and support new product introductions at the dealership level.
• Ensure timely order planning, execution, and coordination with channel partners while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive aftermarket sales or a similar B2B sales environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with dealership decision‑makers.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
