Area Sales Executive

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth across national chains and emerging out‑of‑home channels. Reporting to the Institutional/OOH Head, you will develop and execute strategic plans, manage key accounts and ensure profitable execution of brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for core chains and emerging channels.
• Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly growth and operational plans for national accounts.
• Align sales plans with Institutional/OOH leadership and regional teams, tracking performance and providing corrective actions.
• Identify new channel opportunities, negotiate pricing, ensure SKU and brand readiness, and build pipelines for future business.
• Execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, consumer promotions and trade marketing activities.
• Manage TOT budgets, ensure compliance with financial and commercial processes, and monitor competition and activation opportunities.
• Drive point‑of‑sale execution, rewards and recognition programs, and sales support energizers to improve performance.
• Liaise with commercial, planning and HR functions to maintain functional hygiene across the team.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate degree.
• 2 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably in institutional, out‑of‑home or emerging channel environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement growth plans and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong analytical and performance‑tracking skills.
