Area Retail Associate – Multi‑Store Support (Haryana)

About the role

The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA stores (SIS) in Haryana. Acting as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, the ARA drives execution, training, and compliance on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist multiple stores with day‑to‑day operational requirements and stock replenishment.
• Track store‑level KPIs, analyse performance data and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensure visual‑merchandising standards are applied consistently and coordinate seasonal updates.
• Conduct on‑floor training for new and existing retail associates, reinforcing product knowledge and selling skills.
• Audit store hygiene, operations and inventory accuracy, proposing corrective actions.
• Support performance coaching and help balance fast‑ and slow‑moving product inventory across locations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in retail operations or multi‑store supervision.
• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Retail, Marketing or related).
• Willingness to travel daily/weekly across assigned stores, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
