Area Manager – Automotive Two-wheeler Service Partner

About the role

The Area Manager will lead the expansion and performance of Bosch’s Two-wheeler service partner network (BS2W) in the Chandigarh territory. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines technical product knowledge with sales and channel development to increase workshop adoption and customer footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the BS2W network across the assigned territory.
• Promote Bosch two-wheeler products and drive consumption through workshops.
• Enroll workshops onto the BSP-App and ensure its active use.
• Implement value-proposition initiatives and service development policies at workshop level.
• Maintain workshop quality standards and guidelines.
• Design and execute sales campaigns to boost customer visits.
• Travel extensively to support and monitor partner workshops.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech from a reputable institute; MBA/PGDBM is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive aftermarket.
• Proven sales and concept-selling experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
