About the role
We are seeking an Architectural Modeler to join our multidisciplinary design team. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and construction documentation for a variety of projects, including restaurants, bars, commercial bakeries, theaters, residences, and adaptive‑reuse developments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design and detail projects across the United States using Revit.
- Produce construction documentation, drafting with annotations and detailed items.
- Create and manage Revit families and coordinate MEP models.
- Develop schedules and assist with project timelines.
- Prepare design presentations and construction drawings for client review.
Required profile
- B.Arch degree.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural modeling or BIM.
- Self‑starter with strong enthusiasm for design.
Required skills
- Revit – Architecture.
- Revit – MEP.
- AutoCAD.
- SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with Enscape (plus).
