Architectural Design Manager – Luxury Villas

About the role

Isprava, a leading luxury home developer in non‑urban India, is looking for a seasoned Design Manager with at least six years of architectural experience. The role focuses on the design of high‑end residential villas and does not cover interior design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, plotting and master‑planning for luxury villa projects.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare test‑fits in collaboration with the land acquisition team.
• Coordinate with sales, project management and consulting teams to align timelines and space programs.
• Organise and chair project kick‑off and weekly review meetings, addressing progress and challenges.
• Review consultant deliverables, providing constructive feedback at each project stage.
• Ensure compliance with Isprava’s design standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare feasibility reports, design proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers and landscape architects to finalise design concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential luxury villas.
• Strong background in project leadership, feasibility studies and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage meetings, review consultant work and ensure standards compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting design proposals.
