Architect – Residential & Interior Design

About the role

Makemyspace is looking for a qualified Architect to join its Raipur office on a full‑time basis. You will work directly with clients, turning their visions into safe, functional, and aesthetically compelling residential and interior spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings for residential and interior projects.
• Prepare plans, sections, and elevations using CAD/BIM tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and manage timelines.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Incorporate client feedback throughout the design process and support material and layout selections.
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a closely related field.
• Strong foundation in architectural design with a focus on residential or interior projects.
• Hands‑on experience with local building regulations and codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
