Architect – Luxury Hospitality & Residential Design

About the role

Studio 145 is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its New Delhi studio. You will work on luxury hospitality, banquet, residential and experiential projects, delivering timeless and immersive designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design architectural concepts for high‑end hospitality and residential spaces.
• Create integrated solutions that balance elegance, functionality and materiality.
• Manage project timelines, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is executed.
• Oversee project execution and maintain adherence to local building codes and firm standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional architectural work.
• Proficiency in project management, including stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with software development and integration relevant to architectural projects.
• Analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with New Delhi building regulations.
• Passion for sophisticated, timeless design.
