Architect – Lead Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through execution. The role involves designing residential, commercial and institutional spaces while ensuring high‑quality solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V‑Ray, Lumion or similar tools.
• Oversee design presentations, concept planning, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Review and finalize construction documents for statutory approvals.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise junior architects and drafters as needed.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and detailing.
• Experience with local building regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
