Architect

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Architect to lead and support design projects from concept to execution. The role is based in Dehradun and involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis, space planning, schematic design, and produce detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to prepare design presentations.
• Integrate interior, prefabricated, and turnkey solutions while respecting budget and functional requirements.
• Support permit documentation, design reviews, and use 3D visualization and virtual reality tools.
• Maintain clear communication with contractors and consultants on‑site to ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
• Experience with local building codes, construction practices, and regulatory approvals, preferably in Dehradun or the surrounding region.
• Strong visual, technical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, process‑driven environment.
