Architect – Full‑time, Dehradun

About the role

MTB Design Studio is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Dehradun office. You will be involved in projects from concept through construction, contributing to both residential and commercial designs. The role offers exposure to diverse typologies and a collaborative studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
• Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and construction teams.
• Participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and quality control.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Demonstrated project‑management abilities, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dehradun and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
