Architect – Full-time On-site Role in Surat

About the role

Tvastra Design LLP is seeking a dedicated Architect to join its Surat office. This full-time, on‑site position involves turning client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while upholding the firm’s high standards of craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Review design feasibility and oversee material selection.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, local regulations, and building codes.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve design issues.
• Manage project timelines, maintain documentation, and contribute to design reviews.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with integration of building systems and design elements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; registration or eligibility preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices relevant to Surat.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling tools.
• Experience with architectural design software and basic visualization tools.
