Architect for Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

As an Architect you will translate ambitious designs into buildable solutions, creating technical packages, managing planning approvals and overseeing construction to ensure projects are delivered as envisioned.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed construction drawing packages, including custom joinery and detailing.
• Prepare planning and regulatory submissions in line with local requirements.
• Collaborate with interior design, BIM and site teams to ensure coherent, buildable schemes.
• Conduct regular site visits, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and manage programme schedules.
• Meet clients, manage expectations and maintain quality control across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with 3‑5+ years of experience in high‑end residential projects, covering renovations, refurbishments and new builds.
• Proven track record of delivering whole‑home projects valued between ₹10 crore and ₹90 crore.
• Experience working on projects in India, the Middle East or abroad is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong Revit proficiency (essential).
• Experience with BIM coordination and architectural drawing standards.
• Ability to run projects on site, coordinate with contractors, suppliers and factories.
• Meticulous approach to quality checking and documentation.
