Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Aastha Consultants, a leading architectural practice in Dehradun, is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its on‑site team. You will work closely with clients, internal designers and external consultants to deliver innovative, code‑compliant solutions across residential, commercial and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop architectural designs that meet client briefs and aesthetic goals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualisations and presentation materials.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and translate them into functional layouts.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Oversee project progress, support site coordination and resolve design‑execution issues with contractors and vendors.
• Participate in design reviews, documentation and quality‑control activities throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design, preferably with a B.Arch degree.
• Experience in project management, including planning, coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with integrating architectural work with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dehradun and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
