Architect – Design & Project Delivery

About the role

Lotus Environments is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its on‑site team in Panaji. You will translate client requirements into buildable concepts, develop detailed drawings, and support the entire project lifecycle from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design documents.
• Prepare and review site analyses, space plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and align design intent with budget and schedule.
• Support preparation of permit applications and construction documentation.
• Contribute to design reviews, technical system integration, and sustainability checks.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Experience with BIM workflows and design coordination software.
• Knowledge of Indian building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management, stakeholder coordination, and timeline monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; professional registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
