Architect – 2-3 Years Experience

About the role

Design Plus Architecture is seeking a motivated Architect to join its dynamic team in Gurgaon/Delhi. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed‑use projects, working closely with senior design partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals aligned with project briefs.
• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction drawings.
• Create detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce 3D models and visual presentations with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to ensure integrated solutions.

Required profile

• B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.
