Architect (0-4 years experience)

About the role

WAL‣L is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its New Delhi studio. The role supports both conceptual and detailed design for residential, commercial and cultural projects, working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept and detailed design drawings, 3D models and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants and engineers to integrate design intent with technical requirements and local building codes.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits and project documentation.
• Assist in project scheduling, milestone tracking and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
• Research materials, technologies and sustainable solutions, contributing innovative ideas to the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 0–4 years of professional experience in an architectural studio.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations and a passion for sustainable, human‑centered design.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork abilities, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical competence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Rhino.
• Basic rendering tools and BIM integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with software development and integration workflows for architectural tools.
• Ability to organize documentation, track project milestones and coordinate with consultants.
