About the role
We are looking for an AR Caller to support US healthcare clients from our Mumbai office. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to follow up on medical claims and ensure timely resolution of pending or denied items.
Key responsibilities
- Contact insurance providers to obtain updates on claim status.
- Manage denied or pending claims and work towards resolution.
- Perform basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks.
- Accurately record call details and outcomes in the internal system.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of experience in AR calling or similar claim follow‑up roles.
- Familiarity with denial management and revenue cycle processes.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
