About the role
We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our team long‑term. Your primary responsibility is to call inbound leads quickly and book qualified appointments, ensuring rapid speed‑to‑lead.
Key responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads promptly as they enter the system and schedule calls.
- Maintain a high booking and conversion rate on qualified leads.
- Follow up consistently and keep the CRM/pipeline updated.
- Represent the brand professionally on every call.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in phone‑based sales.
- Track record of strong booking rates (40%+ preferred).
- Familiarity with online offers and digital products.
- Excellent spoken English with clear, professional phone communication.
- Reliability and availability to respond to leads quickly during working hours.
- Long‑term mindset and desire to grow with the company.
