About the role

We are seeking a remote Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing accounting and financial services group in Australia. You will engage with warm and cold leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to generate interest from leads.
• Qualify leads and collect essential information.
• Schedule appointments and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate lead records in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Business acumen and a general understanding of how Australian businesses operate (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
