Applications Development Technical Team Leader – SAP OTC Lead

About the role

Telus Digital is seeking an Applications Development Technical Team Leader to drive the implementation and optimization of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes on the SAP Public Cloud platform. The role focuses on the professional services industry and will support integration of acquisitions into the SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and continuous improvement of SAP Public Cloud OTC processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and external consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, pricing, contracts, order management and revenue recognition.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
• Configure and customize the SAP Public Cloud OTC module to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing and ensure smooth deployments.
• Guide and mentor the project team to adhere to timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD OTC within a public‑cloud ERP environment.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems, subscription billing, pricing, contracts, order management and revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
