Application Support Engineer - Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a 3-5 year experienced Application Production Support professional to join the ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. The role demands a solid understanding of regulatory reporting, application‑level debugging, and incident management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support to ensure high availability and performance of customer applications.
• Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues.
• Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments while adhering to ITIL standards.
• Monitor application performance, analyse logs and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in application production support within the regulatory reporting domain.
• Hands‑on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.
• Familiarity with Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously; knowledge of the ReportHub platform is a plus.
