Application Engineer – Ready Mix Concrete

About the role

The Application Engineer will coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of ready‑mix concrete pours at construction sites. This role bridges the plant operations with on‑site activities, guaranteeing that concrete is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers during execution, gather feedback and resolve on‑site issues related to pumping, pouring and labour handling.
• Execute concrete pouring after verifying infrastructure, safety guidelines and reporting any variations.
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting and oversee efficient curing of concrete.
• Coordinate with the Plant Quality Control In‑charge to address quality concerns.
• Track and monitor deviations from initial requirements, covering quality parameters and manpower issues.
