APAC Recruiting Manager

About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is looking for an experienced APAC Recruiting Manager to join BCG X, its analytics and technology arm. Based in India, you will own talent acquisition for a range of mid‑ to senior‑level positions across the region, partnering closely with local and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive recruiting initiatives to attract top talent for BCG X, executing the regional talent acquisition strategy.
• Manage the full lifecycle of vacancies across diverse analytics capabilities, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs and role requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters to meet hiring targets.
• Leverage internal talent pools, employee referrals, and alumni networks to increase mobility.
• Identify high‑quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job postings, social media, talent mapping, vendor partnerships, and networking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for analytics or technology talent.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances across the APAC region.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor recruiting teams.
• Experience with regional recruitment strategy and operational effectiveness.
