Android Developer – Mobile Apps

About the role

GreedyGame is seeking an Android Engineer to build fast, reliable, and scalable mobile experiences for its Incent App and House of Apps portfolio. The role focuses on user journeys that drive task completion, reward eligibility, ad engagement, and overall revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for incentive‑based products and offer‑wall platforms.
• Create user flows for offer discovery, task completion, reward unlocking, wallet updates, referrals, and engagement loops.
• Integrate and optimise ad‑monetisation SDKs (rewarded ads, interstitials, native, banners, offerwalls) without compromising user experience.
• Implement app‑side event tracking to capture user actions, offer completions, ad impressions, clicks, reward triggers and funnel drops.
• Collaborate with product, growth and backend teams to run experiments, integrate APIs, and ensure accurate reward validation and fraud detection.
• Debug and resolve issues that impact business metrics, such as broken reward flows, crashes on low‑end devices, and performance bottlenecks.
• Improve launch times, screen load times, offline handling, memory usage and crash‑free sessions.
• Own Android releases, including internal testing, QA builds, Play Store rollouts, staged releases and hot‑fixes.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of incentive‑driven app dynamics and how technical issues affect revenue and retention.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across product, growth and backend teams.
• Experience with performance optimisation for a wide range of devices and OS versions.

Required skills

• Android development (Java/Kotlin) and modern Android architecture.
• Integration of ad‑monetisation SDKs.
• API integration and event tracking implementation.
• Performance tuning and debugging on low‑end Android devices.
