Android Developer – Kotlin & Jetpack

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Android Developer to join our Indore team. The role focuses on building high‑quality mobile applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Android applications following best coding practices.
• Implement MVVM architecture and Jetpack components to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries, and enhance app functionality.
• Write and maintain unit and UI tests using JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.
• Apply dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger for modular development.
• Optimize performance, battery efficiency, and memory usage.
• Follow security best practices, including encryption and authentication.
• Ensure compliance with Google Play Store policies and manage the release process.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Delivered at least one mobile application to the Google Play Store.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Jetpack components: ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager.
• Multithreading and coroutines.
• Firebase services: Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics.
• Material Design principles.
• Security best practices for Android.
• Google Play Store submission and release management.
• Dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger.
• RESTful API integration.
• Unit testing (JUnit) and UI testing (Espresso, Mockito).
