Software Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

USSystango Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT and software development projects from initiation through completion. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project planning process, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations and dependencies.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Prepare regular status reports and update stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in Agile or Waterfall methodologies as applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or related domains.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
