Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our fast‑growing consumer technology platform. You will build high‑scale native Android applications that serve millions of users across food delivery, quick commerce, dining and digital convenience services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable native Android apps using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend and QA engineers to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Write clean, reusable code and implement architectural improvements following modern Android best practices.
• Build robust applications with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Android Architecture Components, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger).
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure stability and release quality.
• Optimize performance by resolving ANRs, memory leaks, rendering issues and startup delays.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of professional Android development experience with strong Kotlin expertise.
• Deep understanding of Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Experience with MVVM, LiveData, Room, View Binding, Data Binding, RecyclerView optimization and clean architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Hilt or Dagger, REST API integration, JSON/Protocol Buffers, Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong debugging skills for ANRs, memory leaks and performance issues.
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform, automated testing and scalable mobile architecture is a plus.
