Analyst, Order Management

About the role

The Order Management Analyst supports contract validation, booking, and processing of customer transactions, including invoices and credits. This role interacts with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure accurate contract submission.

Key responsibilities

• Enter contracts into the billing system and validate against policies.
• Generate and dispatch invoices to business partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure contract accuracy.
• Handle order management tickets and resolve stakeholder queries.
• Maintain document retention and support reporting and reconciliations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Finance or Order Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and data analysis abilities.
• Flexibility to work 12‑9 pm India Time.
