Analyst II, Logistics & Order Management

About the role

The Analyst II will drive logistics excellence across warehouse, repack and order‑management functions. Reporting to global logistics leadership, you will align business priorities with floor teams while championing continuous improvement and customer centricity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage system integration between SAP and external WMS, with hands‑on experience in SAP EWM.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, stock counts, annual audits and physical‑vs‑system variance analysis.
• Handle clearance and donation orders, collaborating with the Order Management team to resolve issues.
• Execute stock replenishment activities, including warehouse‑to‑warehouse reallocations, plant‑to‑plant transfers and special sales orders.
• Oversee open orders in SAP, identify root causes of delays and mitigate risks during month‑end close.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in logistics operations, particularly warehousing and invoice processing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM and WMS integration concepts.
• Proven ability to conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience managing clearance, donation and special order processes.
• Hands‑on experience with stock replenishment and inter‑facility transfers.
