Analyst, Global SCH Intercompany Planning

About the role

The Analyst, Global SCH Intercompany Planning will coordinate expedite processes between customer service and Molex manufacturing plants, maintain purchase orders and support sample order creation. Based in Bengaluru, you will help balance supply and demand while ensuring on‑time delivery across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Process expedite requests from customer service and follow up with manufacturing plants to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the expedite workflow between customer service and Molex plants.
• Monitor and control purchase document backlog, including overdue, reschedules, substitutions and returns.
• Manage supply delivery performance of Molex plants and external vendors.
• Support allocation processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist in periodic reviews of inventory strategies and demand planning.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and automation projects.
• Review safety stock and forecast loads, challenging S&OP recommendations when necessary.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in global planning, scheduling, purchasing, or order fulfilment.
• Experience using SAP MM.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
