Analyst – AFS Operations

About the role

Altisource, a NASDAQ‑listed leader in mortgage and real‑estate technology, is seeking an Analyst to manage the REO property preservation process for reverse‑mortgage assets. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure properties are secured, maintained, and prepared for sale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following company procedures and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee timely property inspections, safety hazard identification, and maintenance needs.
• Secure vacant properties, oversee clean‑out, debris removal, lawn maintenance, and winterization services.
• Track and document all preservation activities and maintain accurate records for each property.
• Collaborate with asset managers and other departments to ensure smooth transition of properties for listing and sale.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of reverse‑mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency in Resnet applications.
