Analista de Documentos

About the role

The Document Analyst will support the pharmaceutical business units by managing and maintaining documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal quality standards. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, up‑to‑date, and readily available for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct activities related to the Quality System, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF).
• Review and process change requests for documents across applicable systems.
• Update personnel structure information within the document management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura).
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (BPD) and document control software.

Required skills

• Document control software proficiency.
• Experience with SAP DMS module.
• Knowledge of Qualtrax system.
• Basic Excel for database handling.
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and Mexican NOMs (012‑ZOO, 022‑ZOO, 073, 059).
