AMS Associate – Security & Compliance Consultant

About the role

The AMS Associate will provide consultancy and support for security and compliance controls across Bosch’s technology solutions. You will work closely with managers, application owners and technical teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments and advise on security frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022.
• Engage stakeholders to evaluate security controls and document compliance.
• Perform gap analyses for security policies, controls and procedures.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management Plans.
• Guide best‑practice security activities including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption and backup/storage security.
• Maintain up‑to‑date security documentation and support implementation of standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports demonstrating compliance and meet customer KPIs, quality and deliverables.

Required profile

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, GRC or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDPR and DPDP Act.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IAM and GRC processes.
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption, backup/storage security and business continuity management.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookup functions), Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes.
