About the role

Join the Amazon fulfillment network as an Order Picker at a large logistics warehouse near Świebodzin. You will be part of a fast‑moving team that prepares customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

Pick items from storage locations according to order specifications.
Use handheld scanning devices to verify product codes and quantities.
Pack selected items securely for outbound delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
Collaborate with supervisors and fellow associates to meet daily productivity targets.

Required profile

Men, women or couples aged 18 to 60 years.
Ability to work full‑time shifts, including weekends if required.
Physically fit to stand, walk and lift moderate loads throughout the shift.
Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented attitude.
