Airport Representative

About the role

The Airport Representative serves as the primary point of contact for guests arriving at or departing from the hotel, providing directions, information, and personalized assistance to ensure a seamless experience. This full‑time, onsite position is based at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and focuses on delivering the high standards of hospitality expected by Marriott guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate directions, property amenity details, service hours, and local area recommendations.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to resolve guest requests or issues.
• Record and relay messages accurately; follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
• Handle special requests for guests with unique needs and communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, report safety concerns, and uphold professional appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
