About the role
As an Airport Ground Staff professional you will support passengers and airport operations, ensuring a safe and smooth travel experience. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on exposure to airline and airport processes, laying the foundation for a long‑term aviation career.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check‑in, boarding, arrival and transit.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with airport and airline teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support baggage handling and other ground‑handling activities.
- Maintain high standards of safety and customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student (degree completed in 2024 or later).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid passport (must have or applied for).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
