About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our airline operations team in various entry‑level positions, including airport ground staff, cabin crew, and ticketing executives. Candidates will work directly with passengers and support the smooth functioning of flight services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome passengers, guide them to seats, and ensure seat belts and galley areas are secure before departure.
• Make safety announcements, answer passenger queries, and provide first‑aid assistance when needed.
• Serve meals, beverages, and duty‑free items while informing passengers of allowance restrictions.
• Assist with ticketing operations and provide basic technical support for ground‑handling activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or undergraduate student (freshers accepted).
• Strong verbal communication abilities and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
