Airbag Software Architect – Customer Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Airbag Software Architect to lead the design and development of safety‑critical software for customer projects. The role is based in Bangalore and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, dependable automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement engineering, develop and review software requirements.
• Design high‑level (HLD) and low‑level (LLD) architectures and ensure their compliance.
• Review system and software test specifications and support test teams.
• Analyse and implement dependability requirements, verify compliance.
• Participate in change and customer change request (CCR) effort estimation with the Project Manager.
• Mentor SW leads, engineers and test teams, and moderate Change Control Board (CCB) activities.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in embedded automotive software development.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within dedicated project teams.
